Question

We recently moved our CIP web server. I am now unable to connect my CIP client to the CIP web server. How can I establish a connection to the new server? 

 

Solution

To remap your CIP client to the web server: 

  1. Open Capture and select the CIP > Settings menu.

  2. Enter the correct URL of your CIP server into the input field.

  3. Save the updated setting.

  4. Complete this process for each CIP client connected to the old server address.
