I added a new Windows user in CIP-E. However, I am now unable to find them when searching for the username.
If the Username is not found from a short search (first 2-3 letters of the username) then simply type in the full username and email address, set the user level and click Save.
In some Active Directory configurations, the user listing isn’t always available to browse from CIP. By saving the user within CIP, the AD list is searched in full and should allow the user to be added. If you get an error that the user was not found, recheck the username and then verify with your local IT group that the username exists within Active Directory.
