Question

My 17.2 Capture software says version undetermined on the start page.

 

Solution

To resolve the undetermined version issue:

 

  1. Open Capture and view the Start page. Scroll to the bottom of your screen to view the Channel Partner drop down that is located in the lower right-corner of the screen.

  2. Select EMA Design Automation from the list.



  3. Restart the Capture Software and the version should now display the current version and latest version.
